Styles220 ships prepaid only and we currently only ship within the United States.

Shipping Methods

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS

USPS

  • *FREE GROUND SHIPPING ON MOST ITEMS
  • Ground Mail - Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Please allow 5-10 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will arrive within 10 business days, from the date your package was shipped.  
  • Priority Mail - Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Please allow 2-3 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will arrive within 3 business days, from the date your package was shipped.
  • Express Mail - For orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24-36 business hours to process and ship. Guaranteed overnight delivery to most locations. Your package will arrive in the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.

When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 12PM EST are usually processed and shipped the same business day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.

Why is my order arriving in multiple shipments?

We make every effort to ship your items together. However, there are times that we may have to divide your order in multiple shipments. Common reasons for dividing an order are:

  • Item availability
  • Shipping from different fulfillment center
  • Shipping direct from vendor

If your order has to be divided, we will send a confirmation email advising you of:

  • The expected ship dates
  • The items expected to ship in each shipment

You can review your order information and track your order using the “ORDER STATUS” link or “MY ACCOUNT” link on our website.

Returns Policy

Returning Merchandise

If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn item/(s) for a full refund within 15 days of receipt of goods. Packages returned after 15 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return and receive authorization, simply log in to your account and click on the “View Completed Orders” link, or contact customer service by phone (toll free) 1-888-574-4136 or via email, The email must contain the following:

Order Number #

Style # (Description)

Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)

The return request action required exchange, store credit, or refund.

Final Sale

All items on SALE and Package Deals are final. Final sale and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund. 

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges will be incurred at customer's expense. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact customer service via email or by phone and we will issue you a return label.     

Refunds/Store Credit

Authorized returns will be refunded the full amount of the merchandise to your original account as soon as the returned items are received. However, please allow 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
