When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 12PM EST are usually processed and shipped the same business day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking Your Order
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return any unworn item/(s) for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of goods. Packages returned after 30 days are non-refundable. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return and receive authorization, simply log in to your account and click on the “View Completed Orders” link, or contact customer service by phone (toll free) 1-888-574-4136 or via email firstname.lastname@example.org, The email must contain the following:

Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)
The return request action required exchange, store credit, or refund.
All items on SALE and Package Deals are final. Final sale and Package Deal items cannot be returned for credit or refund.
Shipping charges will be incurred at customer's expense. If the return is due to our error or because of defective items, please contact customer service via email email@example.com or by phone and we will issue you a return label.
Authorized returns will be refunded the full amount of the merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. However, please allow us 10-15 days from the return shipped date to process your refund, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.
